Our History
Meet Angus. Angus not only loved spending his days bedside Dad (Nathan) at Park Bench, but he was the sole inspiration behind the logo.
With community and the love of dogs as the heart of what we do, it only made sense to use Angus’ silhouette, along with the cross streets of Philadelphia, as our logo.
Though Angus is no longer with us today, his legacy lives on in our hearts and our logo.

The staff here are amazing. My new rescue has separation anxiety and they have been so patient with her and even training her a little to help her with her anxiety! They are so responsive and really care about the dogs they work with! Highly recommend Park Bench to any dog owner. I work in center city everyday and this is a lovely break for me, because when my dog comes home she is so exhausted!
